My job while this music video will be filming directing and editing throughout the entire production of the music video I have been delegated these roles as I have a vast amount of knowledge in this area and there for should be able to come out the over end with a good music video

 

Callum Bibby's role in the production of the music video is co editor actor and production manager. we have delegated these roles to him as we know he is an organised member of the group with a skill in acting making his scenes within the film flow well. We selected Callum as co-editor as he is very creative and is able to give knowledgeable and unique inputs.

Matthew Wheldon-  Matthews roles within the group was location manager, actor and guitarist. We delegated these roles for Matthew as he had knowledge of locations we could use throughout the production but also had great ideas on how a character should be cast. his natural talent with instruments made him a solid choice when it came to the performance aspect of our production.

Harrison Cattell-  the job role's we delegated for Harrison were drummer, co cameraman and co director. we found these roles to be the best for him as his natural talent with drumming and his artistic style when using the camera brought a new stile to the way in which our video was captured.

For my A2 coursework, I have chosen to work with;

I worked with this group for my AS coursework and I know that they are very reliable and work well as a team. Communication in this group is very good and we have a wide range of ideas and descuss them fully before deciding what to do. This group has been chosen because of the reliability and strong team work skills, as well as strong media knowledge. 

Ideas for Song Choice

         Ideas for song choice 

After discussion with my group, the song we have chosen to do is Heart Attack by Sum 41. The ideas we have for the song are a narrative displaying the lives of 2 opposite characters, addressing the Binary Opposites theory by Strauss.
The video will also have a hint of performance by using different parts of instruments such as a cymbal from a drum kit when it is relevant in the music and guitar with a possibility of a singer bringing more impact in to the heavy lyrics the song provides .

These ideas are only early undeveloped theory's of what the music video may include and is liable to various amounts of change throughout the creation and planning of the video as new ideas are developed.
